There are 2 different ways in which you can get access data for an existing profile of a hotel or a location on allocabo.com.
- If you manage the profile yourself and you have simply forgotten your password, please continue with the "Forgot password" function.
Here you can reset your password - If you do not manage yet have your profile, you can request the access rights via the public profile and the menu item "Edit this profile". You can use this function to send our support team a message and request new access data for your profile. Your email signature also serves as verification that you are authorized and responsible for the administration of your profile.
If there is already an administrator for your profile, we will be happy to inform you of this. The administrator can assign access rights to the profile for the various responsibilities (e.g. sales, marketing or accounting).
